• Graduate of Mining, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of work experience in related field
• Top 10% of the graduating class or have a professional license
• Must possess leadership qualities
• Preferably living near any of the plants mentioned above or is willing to be assigned to the plants  

Responsibilities:

• Improve quarry operations and management of all stockpiles
• Supervise, control and monitor all activities of Quarry and Crushing section
• Monitor quarry operations and conducts routing inspection at the quarry and in all mining claims 
• Responsible for the proper implementation of all quarry operations procedures, including safety

Job Specifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering with professional lincense
• At least 5 progressive years of experience in the field of mining operations
• Very good leadership and motivational skills 
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with functional experts to effectively integrate business requirements with ERP and other technical solutions
• Support end-user and responsible for maintenance of the ERP system

Job Specifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years work experience in any ERP system, preferably in JDE
• Experienced in implementing ERP projects
• Very good project management skills
• Must have effective systems analysis and design skills
• Familiar in business intelligence tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
