It is a collaboration between local units, other foreign business units and the Technical Centers within the ASEAN region, thereby creating a synergy of local and foreign know-how and best practices.

- Graduate of Mining, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of work experience in related field
- Top 10% of the graduating class or have a professional license
- Must possess leadership qualities
- Preferably living near any of the plants mentioned above or is willing to be assigned to the plants
